Purchaser’s Manual

Gift certificates are to be ordered on the website of Costes restaurant such as follows:

1. Click on Gift Voucher to have displayed the various types of vouchers that can be purchased.
2. After selecting the product, click on the “Add to Cart” button – by pressing the “up/down” arrows, you can add additional vouchers to the already selected products.
3. Click on ‘Go to Checkout’ to finalize your order.
4. After filling in the billing information, you can request the issuance of a gift card (equivalent to thePDF voucher, recieved via e-mail) in the form of a comment. Then you can select the method of payment (bank transfer or credit card payment) and click on the “Submit Order” button at the bottom of the page.
5. If you have chosen to make a bank transfer, you will receive an email shortly with the details required for the transfer. Please transfer the amount to the invoice number provided so that your order becomes confirmed. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the interface of CIB Bank Zrt. to execute the payment transaction.
6. You will receive an e-mail about the successful order (after the credit card payment has been completed or the transferred amount has been received), together with the electronic voucher in PDF format.
