THE CHEF
JENŐ RÁCZ, the patron chef of Costes Restaurant, is both a master and a fan of culinary techniques. Despite his young age, he has already built an impressive professional background. For years, he honed his craft by learning from the world’s best chefs in some of the most important gastronomic capitals, including London, Copenhagen, Singapore, and Shanghai.
For Jenő, his work is more than just a job – it is a true passion that he pursues with all his heart and soul. This dedication has earned him numerous professional recognitions, including a Michelin star, which solidifies his reputation as one of Hungary’s most talented chefs. His name is also familiar to many Hungarians, as he has appeared as a mentor and jury member on popular cooking shows, including the Hungarian version of MasterChef.
A true innovator, Jenő Rácz is celebrated for his special and unique food creations, which are praised both in Hungary and internationally. His culinary artistry continues to delight diners and inspire the next generation of chefs.
